Tender No SCM/TSW/22/2024-2025: APPOINTMENT OF PANEL OF CONSULTANTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING RELATED SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD OF THREE YEARS IN TSWELOPELE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY: must be addressed to the Municipal Manager, Tswelopele Local Municipality, and must be placed in the Tender Box, Tswelopele Local Municipality, 01 Bosman Street, Bultfontein, 9671 not later than 12h00 on 19 February 2025 which Tenders will be opened in public the same day in the offices of the Municipality.

Only tenderers who satisfy the eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Data are eligible to submit tenders. Tenders will be evaluated and adjudicated in line with the Supply Chain Management policy of the Municipality using an 80/20 preference points system.

Tenders will be adjudicated using both functionality and 80/20 preference points and specific goals.

Appointment of a service provider for supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of 2 self-bunded diesel tank (23 000 Litres per tank): SCM/TSW/16/2024-2025.

The municipality will enter into a service level agreement with the appointed service provider to clarify terms and conditions for the duration of the agreement.

There will be no briefing session. Tender documents containing the Conditions of Tender, evaluation criteria as well as the applicable procurement terms and conditions will be available on e-tender portal (www.etender.gov.za) as well as on municipal website (www.tswelopele.gov.za) when downloaded from the municipal website, tender documents are uncontrolled and the responsibility lies with the bidder to ensure the printout is in line with the authorised version on the system.
