Appointment of Appointment of a Panel of Attorneys to provide legal services for Tswelopele Local Municipality “as and when needed basis for period ending 30 June 2027 – SCM/TSW/03/2024-2025.

The municipality will enter into a service level agreement with the appointed service to clarify terms and conditions for the duration of the agreement.

There will be no briefing session. Tender documents containing the Conditions of Tender, Evaluation criteria as well as the applicable procurement terms and conditions will be available on E-tender portal (www.etender.gov.za), from 05 July, 2024 tender documents are uncontrolled and the responsibility lies with the bidder to ensure the printout is in line with the Authorized Version on the system.

Bids are hereby invited for the Procurement of Transaction Advisors at Tswelopele Local Municipality for a Period of Three Years. The minimum specifications are detailed in the Bid document. Completed bid documents are to be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed “PROCUREMENT OF TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES AT TSWELOPELE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF ENDING 30 JUNE 2027.

Methodology – 25 points
A minimum score of 75 out of 100 points in total in the technical evaluation criteria must be scored in order to proceed to the Financial Evaluation.
