Tswelopele Local Municipality hereby invites suitably qualified service providers PROPOSALS FOR LEASE AND MAINTENANCE OF BUSINESS MACHINES within Tswelopele Local Municipality for period ending 30 June 2027

Bids marked for the attention of the Municipal Manager must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Tender Number– “SCM/TSW/16/2023-2024: PROPOSALS FOR LEASE AND MAITENANCE OF BUSINESS MACHINES FOR PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2027.” must be deposited in the tender box located at Tswelopele Local Municipality no later 20 February 2024, 12H00 at the following physical address: Tswelopele Local Municipality Offices; No. 1 Bosman Street; Bultfontein; 9670.

Tender documents are available from e-tender portal www.etenders.gov.za from the 01st of February 2024
The tenders will be evaluated and adjudicated in line with the approved Supply Chain Management Policy of Tswelopele Local Municipality using 80/20 preference point system in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022.

Tenders will also be evaluated Stage 1 – Returnables, stage – 2 Functionality, Stage 3 – Price and Specified Goals (80/20).
