APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF ATTORNEYS TO PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES FOR TSWELOPELE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY “AS WHEN AND REQUIRED BASIS” FOR THREE (3) YEARS – READVERT
SCM/TSW/03/2024-2025 – RE-ADVERT

Appointment of Appointment of a Panel of Attorneys to provide legal services for Tswelopele Local Municipality “as and when needed basis for Three (3) years – SCM/TSW/03/2024-2025.RE-ADVERT.
The municipality will enter into a service level agreement with the appointed service to clarify terms and conditions for the duration of the agreement.

There will be no briefing session. Tender documents containing the Conditions of Tender, Evaluation criteria as well as the applicable procurement terms and conditions will be available on E-tender portal (www.etender.gov.za), from 24 February 2025 tender documents are uncontrolled and the responsibility lies with the bidder to ensure the printout is in line with the Authorized Version on the system.

Complete tender documents, fully priced and signed with all the necessary documents attached, must be sealed in an envelope marked TENDER’’ Description of Project / Project Number’’ as mentioned above.

Closing date of this tender is 27 March 2025 at 12H00 and should be deposited in the tender box at Tswelopele Local Municipality. No late applications will be accepted.

Preferential Procurement Policy Framework of 2022, on 80/20 point system. Tenders will remain valid for 90 (ninety) days.
